CONWELL sales work summary meeting

On May 15, 2023, CONWELL successfully held the sales work summary meeting at Shenglitang Park.


The meeting centered on the theme of "co-constructing a small and beautiful A+ CONWELL." It reviewed the sales

situation, conducted a comprehensive summary, shared experiences, focused on the next stage, 

and empowered the sales for the second quarter.


Zhang Xiaoyang, chairman of CONWELL, Fang Pingsheng, general manager, Shi Maofeng, general manager of the 

foreign trade department, Xia Zhongquan, general manager 

of the marketing department, and sales elites from various departments attended the meeting.



At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Xia, the head of the marketing department, made a comprehensive summary 

of the sales performance , and commended the elites who performed well and

ranked among the topthree in sales performance.

Some sales elites combined actual cases and their own experience to make detailed reports and summaries on 

the work and deeply analyzed the existing problems. The leaders of the company analyzed and 

guided the questions raised by everyone one by one.


In order to further standardize management and promote the company's sustainable and steady development,

General Manager Fang Pingsheng once again clarified the scope of sales channels of each department at the meeting, 

and tried his best to provide customers with more professional services.

At the same time, it emphasizes the issue of behavioral norms for sales staff. We must make progress together, grow together, 

and jointly build the brand image of Keyi in line with the concept of "unity, friendship, and mutual support".



At the end of the meeting, Zhang Xiaoyang, chairman of the company, made a concluding speech on the sales meeting.
